The Squeezebox Stompers, a renowned Boston-area American Roots band, have been delighting audiences across New England for over 25 years with their lively blend of Cajun, Zydeco, Blues, Folk, and original music. Featuring award-winning musicians recognized with Music and Songwriting accolades, their infectious, high-energy sound never fails to get audiences on their feet and dancing.

With a dynamic lineup that includes accordion, keyboards, fiddle, saxophone, harmonica, penny whistle, guitar, bass, and drums, the Stompers bring a vibrant performance to any occasion. Whether at family-friendly outdoor events, night clubs, dance halls, coffee houses, or private parties, they tailor their lineup to suit the venue, performing with 3 to 6 members. The Squeezebox Stompers promise a rockin’ good time for all!

Ralph Tufo

Ralph is a versatile musician skilled in accordion, piano, Anglo concertina, and Cajun accordion. A founding member of the Boogaloo Swamis, a four-time Boston Music Award-winning band, Ralph played a pivotal role in bringing Cajun, Zydeco, and New Orleans music to New England. With over 30 years of performing experience, extensive touring, and recording, he has left an indelible mark on the regional music scene. As a prolific writer, Ralph has penned more than 50 songs: 3 musicals, and 3 children's books, showcasing his creative talent and deep connection to his musical roots.

Larry Plitt

Larry, winner of the prestigious Boston Folk Festival Singer/Songwriter Contest, brings a rich tapestry of musical influences to every performance. Rooted in the soulful traditions of Piedmont and Delta blues, his style is infused with the vibrant flavors of Cajun, Zydeco, Celtic, and country music.. A passionate blues singer and seasoned musician, Larry honed his craft  in the San Francisco folk rock scene of the early '70s, playing with bands like Camp Granada and the Stephen Fiske Band. His music is a journey through time and tradition, guaranteed to captivate and inspire.

Bert Syms

Bert is a Boston-area drummer and music producer with a knack for bringing energy and soul to stage and studio. He’s played with the legendary band, Tavares and shared the spotlight with icons like the Jackson 5, the Bee Gees, Chaka Khan, KC and The Sunshine Band, Lou Rawls, and The O’Jays.

Locally, Bert has been a go-to collaborator for artists like James Montgomery, Taylor Made, the Soul Rockers, and the Walker Band. He’s produced unique projects like The Act, Everybody’s Getting Into It, a comedy music troupe, and recently produced John Walker Jr.’s album The Whole Damn World Has Got the Blues.

Whether on stage or in the studio, Bert’s love for music and his ability to connect with artists and audiences alike make him a true standout in the Boston music scene.

Geoff Wadsworth

Geoff is a passionate and versatile musician as well as a seasoned recording engineer, bringing over 30 years of experience to his craft. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Geoff is known for his mastery of multiple instruments, including the saxophone, harmonica, penny whistle, and more. As a strong and imaginative soloist, he brings creativity and depth to every performance. 

Geoff currently performs with The Squeezebox Stompers, The Monks of Funk, and an array of other talented artists. Throughout his career, he has shared the stage with legends such as Ben E. King, The Coasters, Chuck Berry, The Drifters, The Boogaloo Swamis, The Walker Band, and The Eyes. His energy, skill, and love for music continue to captivate and inspire audiences everywhere.

Jeff O'Neil

Jeffrey O’Neil, known to many as O’Cello or J.O., is a bassist, cellist, and vocalist who has been a vibrant part of the Boston music scene for over 40 years. A retired music educator, Jeff brings a love for diverse styles to every performance, from the rich traditions of Old Time string music to the dynamic rhythms of Afro Pop and Funk.

Currently, he plays with the Arlington Philharmonic Orchestra and shares his passion for the cello through solo performances as O’Cello, where his music continues to connect and inspire audiences.

E J (Edward) Ouellette is a music entrepreneur and owner and CEO of Whole Music Records™ and Whole Music Studios. His lifetime in the music business has brought him much joy and a multitude of skills. He is a multi instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, a music producer, an engineer, a music business consultant, and a practicing yoga music therapy coach. He is proud to be a Producer/Featured Artist/Engineer/mixer of a Grammy® nominated Song.
